I’m Kailyn, a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping people feel good in their own skin. I created Wild Willow to be the kind of space where you can come exactly as you are, get comfortable, probably laugh a little too much, and leave feeling even better than when you walked in. I’m big on real results without the one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re here for glowing skin, better brows, lifted lashes, a wax, or just an hour to yourself, your service is customized to you. I’ll always be honest about what your skin actually needs, explain what I’m doing and why, and never push treatments or products just for the sake of selling something. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the service total.
• No call / no show appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.
• This policy applies to all services.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 75% late cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize charges to the card on file. Fees are non-refundable.
